This weekend we celebrate the 21st Sunday in Ordinary Time. Mass will be celebrated Saturday at 5 pm and Sunday at 9 and 11 am. At all Masses, we will be blessing the backpacks in preperation for the new school year!

Our beautiful new stained glass has been installed around the baptismal font, and we love seeing this space come to life!
The dove of the Holy Spirit, surrounded by blue and stars, brings light to the baptismal waters and reminds us of the new life we receive through Baptisma - and that we are all beloved sons and daughters of God.
There is so much meaning packed into this beautiful design, and we can’t wait for you to see it in person!
Next up: the baptismal font! We’re getting closer!

As we begin a new school year, we invite students and families to bring their backpacks to Mass for a special Backpack Blessing this weekend! We will bless backpacks at all Masses.
Join us as we ask God to bless our students, teachers, and staff and guide them throughout the year ahead.

On Monday, we kicked off the new academic year with our Parish & School Staff Retreat at the Franciscan Life Process Center!
Centered on St. Francis and our mission of Evangelization and Discipleship, the day included Mass, prayer, fellowship, and reflection on his call to Gospel renewal and sharing Christ with the world.
A special thank you to Sr. Christiana for leading our retreat and to everyone who helped make the day special!

Last night the SPA Knights of Columbus hosted a magical Knight Under the Stars. Families enjoyed laughter, friendship, and so much fun!

Join us Saturday, August 15 at 9 am (with incense) or 5 pm as we celebrate the Assumption of Mary.
The Assumption reminds us that at the end of her earthly life, Mary was taken body and soul into Heaven. What a beautiful reminder of the promise of eternal life and the reward that awaits those who faithfully follow Christ.
