Before School Care is offered beginning at 7:30 am, and after school care is offered from 3:10 pm to 5:30 pm for students enrolled in grades PS-8. Drop in Scheduling & Payment will be done in Brightwheel and is due the month prior. Cougar Den After School Program will be handled via Tuition payments and are done via school contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The cost of care is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Anytime before school is billed as one hour. The 50 minute interval between dismissal, 3:10 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. is billed as one hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pick-up after the pre-registered scheduled time<\/u><\/strong> results in an additional cost. This charge applies after 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. scheduled pick-up times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Each child = $4.00 per hour with a minimum $4.00 charge<\/p>\n\n\n\n Charges will be added to your brightwheel account for the next months schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Each child = $4.00 per fifteen (15) minute interval with a minimum charge of $4.00<\/p>\n\n\n\n Charges will be added to your brightwheel account for the next months schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Any fraction of one hour, except for the period of 5:00 \u2013 5:30 p.m., is considered an hour of service<\/strong>. Your child will be available for release at the scheduled pick-up time. Care will be offered on regular full day sessions.
