Place of Baptism\u00a0is required for sacrament records.\u00a0If your child was baptized at a parish other than St. Paul the Apostle please\u00a0submit a copy of baptismal certificate to the Faith Formation Office.\u00a0 \u00a0<br><br>Families must be active members of the parish and be regularly attending weekly Sunday Mass.\u00a0<br><br>The Sacrament of Reconciliation is received prior to the celebration and reception of First Holy Communion. The\u00a0children preparing for Reconciliation are properly catechized before receiving the sacrament.<br><br>All\u00a0children from St. Paul\u00a0the Apostle School,\u00a0Elementary Faith Formation, and\u00a0Faith @ Home Study\u00a0programs\u00a0participate in multiple formation events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparation consists of classroom instruction, parent\/ child catechesis gatherings and a First Eucharist Retreat. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Those seeking the Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Holy Communion should be registered 2nd grade students in SPA school or registered for Sacramental Prep Faith Formation.
